1. Click on the 'MySQL Databases' logo under the 'Databases' section.
2. First, you must create a database. Give it a relatively simple name, and remember that the server will automatically put your cPanel username in front of it. For example, if you create a database called 'blog', then the server will automatically rename it to 'username_blog'. Once you've completed the 'New Database' field, click the 'Create Database' button.
3. You will need to create a user for your database. In the 'Username' field, you can enter the same name as the name you gave your database. The server will add your cPanel username to it just like it did when creating the database. You also need to enter and confirm a password (make a note of this). Then, click the 'Create User' button.
4. You will need to give your user access to the database. Simply select the user and database from the dropdown boxes and click the 'Add' button.
