How do I create an email filter for a specific user?


  1. Login to cPanel.
  2. Locate and click on the "User Level Filtering" icon within the "Mail" category.
  3. Open the User Level Filtering page within cPanel.
  4. Locate the user you want to create the filter for and click on the "Manage Filters" link next to his or her name.
  5. Click the "Create a New Filter" button.
  6. Click the create filter button.
  7. Enter the desired filter. In the example below, we are blocking any emails with "Free Money" in the subject line.
  8. Create the desired filter.
  9. Click "Activate" to apply the filter.
